1. Please make yourself a cup of tea (or any drink you'd like).
2. When you drink it, pay attention to how it tastes and smells. Do you like it? How does it feel in your mouth? Notice the weight of the cup in your hand and the weight of your feet on the ground.
3. If pointed thoughts enter your mind, just let them pass by and gently come back to our tea party.
We often drink things on autopilot. But, this easy (and aromatic!) practice will help you come back to the present moment and be more aware of your feelings and sensations.
