1. Find a quiet place where you can be alone and uninterrupted.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes and allow yourself to cry. To help yourself cry, you can listen to a touching song, watch a sad video or movie.
3. Let the tears flow freely, and pay attention to your emotions.
Once you have cried for as long as you need to, take a few more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
